Architecture and designs are two areas that I’ve always wanted to study. There are several reasons why I wish to study design at the University of California Los Angeles. It is well known for its superior education and research. It has a very good faculty and many facilities such as libraries. The faculty is highly qualified in the field of design and architecture. There is a wide variety of programs offered, which is an advantage to students. UCLA is a more up to date university in this field, especially with the new technology. The good student environment matches my life style. The students and faculty there are more international and intellectual. They are further more tolerable and more open-minded compared to other students in different universities. Also the Los Angeles area and weather creates a comfortable atmosphere and environment. UCLA is a well-known school worldwide. These are all reasons why I wish to study design at UCLA.
My professional goal is to become a successful architect/designer. In order to achieve my goal, I must gain knowledge, experience and have a high level of competence. I want to have a career in the field of architecture with a well-known architect company. I want to contribute to the growth and progress of architecture and design.
From the program at UCLA I expect to get a high quality education that will enable me to be successful in my future career. I also expect to be taught by highly qualified experts in this field. And I want to be exposed to the latest concepts, methods, and techniques in this field. I want to enjoy what I’m learning at UCLA and be able to apply what I’ve learned in my field. I expect it to be exciting and challenging. I want to be able to accomplish something great in my career with the knowledge and the experience that I will gain at UCLA.
