Our prices are based on the delivery time that is always specified by our customer. Currently we offer the following delivery options: 7-day delivery ($12.95 per page), 4-day delivery ($14.95 per page), 2-day delivery ($19.95 per page), and our exclusive 24-hour delivery ($26.95 per page).
3. Who actually writes the essays and reports?
All essays and reports are written by a solid team of expert writers that have successfully produced essays on most specific topics for a number of years. All our staff members are university graduates with additional credentials. Many hold their Master's and PhD's. Our editors revise all custom-made essays and reports before the final product reaches the customer.
4. Are there any hidden costs?
Bibliography and Works Cited pages are included in the price. The above listed prices contain no hidden charges.
5. How do you deliver the reports?
Our company uses email to quickly deliver our final product to the customer. Once the paper is ready, we send an email containing two copies of the paper: 1) inserted directly into the body of the message, 2) as MS Word attachment.
6. What are the payment options?
Currently we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, Dinner's Club) along with direct transfers to our bank account.
7. Is it safe to order from online?
Our company uses secure server environment (SSL encryption) to assure the highest security level possible. 10. How to request specific sources?
It is possible to ask the writer to use specific sources as research materials. While filling out the request form, please specify in the description field the sources you would like us to use. Note: if the sources are rare or exclusive materials that are not available online or public libraries, you will need to send them to us via fax. In case you do not have specific requirements as to what sources should be used, our writers will take the liberty of citing their own sources.
11. Can I fax the sources to you?

12. Can I have copies of the sources your writers used?
We can always provide copies of the sources used. However, our client is expected to notify us about this option while submitting the order. All sources are sent via email. Please, note: Copies of research materials may not be available if the client did not notify us before the essay has been delivered.
13. Can I request specific citation style to be used in the report?
You may always request a citation style of your preference while submitting the order. Our writers may use MLA, APA, Harvard, etc. We do not charge extra for using specific citation styles.
14. What format standards do you use? How many words per page are in your papers?
All essays and reports developed by our company follow specific format standards: 250 - 270 words per typed page, double-spacing, Times New Romans 12 p.t. font, one-inch margins.
15. Do you develop dissertations; can you help with my thesis?

17. What if I am not satisfied with the report?

If the client is not satisfied with the final product, he/she may always request a revision, provided free of charge. Once you submit the report for revision, you will need to supply us with exact list of changes that need to be made. You can be certain that our writers will try to meet your expectations with the new version. The revisions are processed as a priority, but usually it takes about 2 - 4 days to deliver the new version.
18. What is your refund policy? Can I have my money back?
You may always receive your money back if our writers have not begun working on your essay. This policy is enforced without exception. If we did not maintain this policy, our customers might be tempted to look over the research we made, copy it, and then request a refund on the basis of unsatisfactory report.
19. You develop 'custom essays'. What is meant by the word 'custom'?
